Wed, April 30, 2008 - 3:32 PMjust so you guys know, the CalNeva 'resort' leaves something to be desired--I mean it's OK, but just OK. Service is a little weird--I've stayed there before. I'm sure this is going to be a blast anyways. By the way, you can book the CalNeva on hotels.com and expedia as well.

If you dont want to stay in crystal bay, north tahoe is super close also, and has lots of options, so dont feel like you have to stay at one particular hotel. There are many options for what ever budget you may have in the close area.
The website has all the details on the flier for what ballroom we will be in, and you can pay at the door if you didnt get the chance to register on line.

Fri, May 2, 2008 - 8:50 AMI verified the number on the flier - and it is fully working. I asked the hotel if they had had a service outage, and they said no.
Sorry one of you had difficulty reaching the property, but the number is working fine.

Mon, May 5, 2008 - 12:08 AMWell, we went THROUGH Oregon today! Who knew?! We are in Boise, ID hanging out until the show tomorrow. Boise is not that far, come on up ;)
The show really was amazing! Such fun, great energy, amazing performances all round. The show tomorrow is in a great spot and I am sure the show will be equally amazing! Tickets are at the door, so first come.
The workshops were also some of the best to- date. Really great vibe . We got great info and one-on-one attention from Rachel and Mardi. I highly recommend catching this workshop series if they are coming to a town nearby :)
This is our last show to catch and then back to Texas :( I wanna just keep going though! Minya, it was nice meeting you in person. -

That workshop was one of the best I have ever attended. How great that everyone in the class was advanced, and we really got to dive deep into every nuance! And Rachel and Mardi are such professionals, and can really work with each individual class and the experience level specific to the students in attendance. It really speaks to the skill they have to share. I wish I could follow them around and take some more of the other workshops they will be doing along the tour route. I would totally encourage people to take any of the classes they have coming up - what an amazing time.
