Hello to all the wonderful ladies on Tribe!
I'm going to the Indigo Workshops/Show on Nov 28 and 29th. I've tried to find people to share a room with, but no luck so far.
I'm looking to rent a hotel room myself and wondered if anyone would like to split with me!
Right now I'm looking at Super 8 and Motel 6, which have rates of $34 and $40, respectively. However these places are both about 17 miles away from the show location, so getting there might be tricky. I'm definitely willing to take public transit but I don't know when the show will be over so I dunno if buses will still be running, etc.
I would definitely be willing to make a reservation for closer to the theater if someone would be splitting the cost with me.
Anyway, if you want to share a room/costs please let me know. Seems like it would make things a bit more fun and definitely cheaper, which is always good! :)

My name is Patrice and I'm a local Pittsburgh dancer who will be attending the Indigo weekend workshops and shows on Friday and Saturday night....I would LOVE to travel to workshops more often, but it's the lodging that always drains my funds! With that being said, if you haven't found someone to split the cost of a room or would like to save some money, you are more than welcome to stay at my house.
I live in the West End, which depending on traffic is about a 5 minute drive to the studio and Rex Theater. Pretty convenient! It's nothing fancy, but you would have your own smaller room with a computer, bed, and closet.
Oh, I have a small dog...he's pretty harmless, but thought I would throw it out there just in case you are allergic!

Sat, November 7, 2009 - 7:31 AMHey there, my friend and I are driving in from Detroit and are also un-roomed as of yet. We are looking at staying with a friend of hers out there but not sure if that will actually be able to happen yet...or not?
Thanks for posting this topic, anybody else have crash space of interested in splitting room cost?

I would post this on Zafira's tribe and Pittsburgh Bellydance as well...i just happened to look on the Indigo Page and see Laura's post.....If I had a mansion everyone could just pile in and camp out, BUUUUT I don't :(
