I've listened to that entire album about a bajillion times and try as hard as I might, I can't understand what he's saying most of the time, all I know is that it sounds really PURTY. It makes singing along really awkward though;

It's hysterical.....the guy did two or three of them, there's a lot of knock offs but you'll know it's the one where "and I know and I know" is "Anna no Anna no" with a picture of Anna Nicole Smith. I nearly doubled over.
There's also one called Benny Llama, I think, which is a Bhangra song with what it sounds like he's saying in English. -

Beirut were on stage just as the sun was setting so we weren't standing out in the sun (although it was warm enough for Zach to start removing layers of clothing, mumbling something about it being winter where he came from and blazers not being very appropraiate in Adelaide at the moment). I just wish it weren't so crazy here right now. Maybe if there'd been a venue available they could've done some shows outside of Womad too.
