  Um. I'm not sure if Audacity can do this or not, but it's a free program for editing music. (just do a google search for it) I'm really new to using it, so there's all sorts of functions I have no idea what to do with yet.

  Depends on whether you can find the song in an instrumental form...but there aren't really any programs that can strip the vocals out, since by the time it's released to the public all the tracks have been married into one or two.
  
  But perhaps there are dj's that might prove me wrong...

    the only program ive ever seen that can strip out vocals is melodyne.

    its crazy expensive and doubtfully worth it for your purposes. its high tech stuff. i wish i could afford this...
